Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary

Pixels and Digital is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can lead visual storytelling across branding, digital campaigns, and social media. This role is ideal for someone who thinks strategically, executes creatively, and mentors junior designers while maintaining high design standards.

Location : Coimbatore, Tamilnadu

Job Type : Full Time (In - Office)

Experience : 4 - 5 Years

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Lead branding, social media, and campaign creatives from concept to final execution with strong visual clarity

  • Translate business goals into impactful visual designs across digital and marketing platforms

  • Maintain brand consistency across layouts, typography, color systems, and design guidelines

  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality

  • Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and web teams for integrated creative outputs

  • Review, refine, and approve creative outputs to ensure high design standards

  • Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback for continuous skill improvement

Required Qualifications :

  • 4–5 years of professional graphic design experience

  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy

  • Proficiency in CorelDRAW (mandatory)

  • Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign

  • Good understanding of web design principles and digital layouts

  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and work collaboratively

  • Strong portfolio with real client work

  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to solve problems and approach tasks from a fresh perspective

  • Team-oriented mindset with dedication, self-learning attitude, and willingness to grow continuously

  • Flexible and versatile approach to adapt across projects, tools, responsibilities, and agency workflows

Additional Information

  • Basic sketching knowledge is a plus

  • Experience using AI-powered design tools is encouraged

  • Opportunity to lead creative direction on major projects
